It is our experience that it is rather difficult (and not always very social) to replace all your meals with liquid meals. So we would recommend using QNiUS LIQUID SUPER MEAL 4 times a day and eat one nutritionally balanced “normal” meal, and some fruit.

BUT It is no problem to replace all your meals by QNiUS LIQUID SUPER MEAL and take it 6 times a day! Then we would recommend combining it with some fruit and an oat bar. It will provide you with all necessary nutritional values.
